Today I worked. I have not done that since last spring. It was good because I got a lot done but it was sad because there is still so much more to do. I have to remind myself that I am that much more ahead than I was this a.m. and not that somehow I am more behind. It just never makes sense. Aaaaaah! The piles never let up. Oh well, onto din din. I am making spaghetti squash for the first time. Hoping the kids like it and me too and maybe the hubby. People swear by it to me but I am not so sure yet. haha. Will report back.
The soup turned out good although very different than my usual..healthier though so that was my main objective.
