So we began around 10 or 10:30 and it is now 5:30....the cooking is done, all in the freezer, and we even made another soup for dinner! We are quite the team, aren't we ? My freezer is AWESOME! I want to marry it...ha. We didn't do this with G and it was my biggest regret. I think we were just too preoccupied with moving and it was summer so the meals to freeze weren't as fun, cozy, soupy :)
Anyhow, I'm so enthralled with this idea of cooking all on one day for the month....I really want to keep it up. It was sooooo much work but seriously will be no work for a month of dinners! Wow
off to put up my feet..I earned it.
